Hi All - question for the group. My partner (^redacted‌) and I are getting close to closing a small self-funded acquisition. The SBA lender that we're working with does not provide us with a Settlement Agent. They told us that we are required to have our own. Has anybody used a settlement agent for their closing process? If so, how did you find them and do you have any recommendations?‌
