Senior Debt - First Potential deal

Hi SF Members,

I am based in Switzerland, I have been asked to join a wider ETA team (of two brothers - both Swiss).

We have a USA based advisory team (working on Sweat equity), that includes Industry experts.
We are looking to do roll-ups in IT compliance and Cyber security.
We have our first potential deal which is 5x EBITDA. ($1.4M), Revenue is $6M.
We would like to speak with Senior Debt Providers that offer Stretched debt (7 years) for this first transaction else the numbers are too tight.
We also looking for long term relationships as we have more deals in the pipeline and don't want to go donw the SBA route due to other complications.
