Hi All! I´m Fernando Sandoval, president of the SearchFund Club at IE Business School. Right now, I´m searching with a Spanish partner with this strategy:

SearchFund type: self-funded.
Geography: Spain.
Industry: Services that has a tech component or can be digitized.
Strategy: Consolidate the business in Spain and grow it in LATAM & US.
Criteria: recurring revenue, EBITDA >$700k, EBIT margin >10%.
Team: 2 searchers
1 Spanish: Spanish & European network | Operations, Strategy & Finance background.
1 Mexican: Spanish & LATAM network | Finance, Risk, & Consulting background.
