Self-funded search focusing on Minnesota/Western Wisconsin (Northgate Lane)

Hi all - I'm a little over 2 months into a geographic self-funded search in the state of Minnesota & Western Wisconsin (Northgate Lane - www.northgatelane.com).  I'm looking for companies that are >$500k in EBITDA (up to ~$2.5-3M at the high end).

I'd love if anyone in the community:
-Could share any potential leads/companies in the area that you've come across
-Is also in the Minneapolis area and wants to meet up for happy hour sometime
-Is also doing a geographic search and wants to chat about how it's going/swap ideas on how to do it most effectively
