Self-funded search equity gap

Self-funded searcher with a proprietary deal in exclusivity. The business has £10m+ revenue, >40% recurring and 90% repeat revenue, making £1.2m EBITDA.

I have just had a large spot open up from a previous cornerstone investor who has too much on with their existing portfolio (£700m+ family office across real estate, hotels and travel businesses – not good sectors right now) so am reaching out to see who would be interested to plug the equity gap of c.£1m (ideally 4 @ c.£250k).
