I am seeking tech-stack recommendations for CRM and Inventory Management solutions that integrate well into Quick Books Online. For inventory management, I am considering Zoho or Cin7
For CRM I am considering: Method or Nutshell. (or Zoho?)

My primary criteria is a well-functioning two-way integration so the user experience is seamless. Interested in feedback from users!

I worked at Method for a few years and am pretty familiar with the QBO ecosystem. Here are some general comments for you:

* I presume you've looked at apps.com or the marketplace from within the app? Here are two links that will help if not:
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home?categoryId=Manage-Customers
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home?categoryId=Track-Inventory

* As for Method, it was an early adopter of the QBO integration and was started on a strong QB Desktop integration. While it's marketed as a CRM, it's really a no-code platform with tight QB integration. So if you want to do a lot of customizations, you can do it right within the system. With all of that customization ability, the system can be fairly complex though which has its plusses and minuses.

* For CRM, you should probably also check out Insightly.

* As for inventory, SOS was one of the popular ones on the platform so you may want to check them out as well.

* Be sure to determine what you want in the 2-way integration. A lot of systems will say they have 2-way, but in reality, there is very little on one of the directions.

Happy to chat more offline if you have specific questions about any of the above. Feel free to DM me.

While I like Zoho, their PC mail application leaves alot to be desired. I'm unable to view all my zoho e-mail accounts at once, you wouldn't even get notified if you received an e-mail from account you're not currently on, you have to switch back and forth between them.
