Hi everyone! We are searching in the janitorial services space (across businesses who serve all types of B2B clients: retail, high-tech, government buildings, schools, daycares, restaurants, etc.).

We are looking at a handful of deals, and we are trying to get more educated on two topics:
1) How to consider if it is worthwhile to expand service offerings, for example: branching out to start including ground maintenance or handyman services because of a specific client(s)/contract(s)
2) How to think about the pros/cons of sub-contracting out different services
