Seeking investors/partners for deals in UK manufacturing and construction

Hello all,

UK self-funded searcher here. I have a couple of deals at LOI stage, one in landscape construction and another in manufacturing (metals pressing and stampings). The terms are not yet fully agreed, however, it seems like we can reach a deal. In advance of that, Both have revenue between £2.5M to £4M, with the EBITDA % margin in the mid teens. I would like hear from any potential investors who might be interested funding with a small equity gap, or potential co-owner operators who might be interested in partnering up to manage and grow the business(es). The location of these firms are in Wales and Southwest England.
