This morning, a seller agreed to my Letter of Intent for his Global Freelance Platform, earning $1.5M EBITDA. We agreed to a $5M initial payment (3.3X multiple) and $2M earn-out contingent on future revenues. The Company has a 118% revenue growth over the last two years (48% growth in TTM). No customer concentration; largest customer accounts for less than 4% of revenue.
