Seeking Equity - Niche Construction Distribution

Hello All,

I am in LOI with a construction distribution business. This business is doing ~$2.5M in revenue and ~$500K in SDE and is currently semi-absentee run. We are in LOI for $1.25M and I am now looking to close the equity/debt component of the deal. Please let me know if you're interested and I can send information your way (or if you know of any capital advisors that deal with transactions of this size).

Please note that there are a few reasons I am not going the SBA route (mostly due to time to close). Thanks!
