Shackleton Equity Partners is an operationally-focused private equity firm specializing in corporate carve-outs and special situations in the lower middle market located in the United States. This includes both underperforming businesses (e.g., negative or low-margin EBITDA) as well as healthy businesses undergoing a transformation (e.g., healthy division of a parent company in chapter 11). 

We focus on acquiring businesses in software, technology, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, e-commerce and consumer industries headquartered in the USA.. 

Revenues between $25 million and $250 million with EBITDA ranging from negative up to $5 million.

I'm happy to pay a finder's fee for introductions, or share a portion of the deal with operational independent sponsors.
