- Industries of Focus: Commercial Services (e.g. waste & disposal services, building cleaning or maintenance, commercial painting, commercial landscape, security and monitoring, property management) or non-trade related residential services (e.g. Pest Control, Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance, Pool Services, Appliance Services)

Revenue: $2M - $10M
EBITDA: $500K - $1.5M with limited volatility (margins must be at least 15%)
Deal Size: $1.5M - $6.0M
