Seeking an Internship with an Operator (3-8 mo.)

Hello, I am looking for a multi month (3-8 mo.) internship with a searcher turned operator. This will not be your typical high level, strategic MBA internship. I am looking to understand the gritty side of running a business, doing pay-role, fixing industry specific problems and assisting with everyday operational needs. I have years of experience in B2B business development and think I would be best suited for a sales role. I am interested in working with B2B service firms, software organizations and blue collar companies.
