Seeking a commercial lender for plumbing company acquisition

My team and I are in the process of interviewing commercial lenders for our acquisition needs.

We are in the process of acquiring a residential plumbing company in the south Florida area. The company is valued at 2.5x EBIT multiple, allowing us to achieve a DSCR of 2.0+. The seller will be staying in the business and will retain some equity in the company for the next 5 years.
