Seasoned people leader and operator new to searchfunder

A bit about myself: I’m an operator at the core, passionate about building diverse leadership teams, and growing businesses in a sustained way. I'm a firm believer in nailing the inputs and taking a patient, longer term view on growth. I currently run large scale supply chain & tech operations within Amazon. Prior to this I was on the leadership team that launched Amazon’s B2B platform. I started my career in consulting, focused on enterprise transformation in the SMB manufacturing space.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve invested in growth-phase E-commerce and SaaS businesses and have been intrigued by the search fund model. My goals are twofold: a) to invest in funds (leadership teams, to be more specific) where there is a fit, and play an active role on the board, and b) for the right opportunity, partner with another leader (or go solo) on owning/operating a business/s.
