Searching for Commercial Lenders

Hi All,

My team is currently evaluating our banking relationships to determine the right product for our near term acquisition objectives.

I would highly highly recommend working with a financing broker when it comes to funding. They provide you with another team member whose job is to find you the best funding possible. Plus, they work on commission only so they will be highly motivated to find you whatever you need. I hear buyers all the time wanting to work with 1 lender and it amazes me. For me, working with 1 person that provides you with 100 lenders is by far the best option. A broker can find programs and fund deals that the 1 bank you work with can't.
