We are business school students that have raised a fund that backs self-funded Searchers and independent sponsors with $100-300K checks to acquire businesses with $750K+ EBITDA. Our investors are past successful Searchers and leading family offices that are aiming to get access to emerging entrepreneurs in the space. Due to successful performance thus far, our LPs have further backed us to upsize both our fund and check-size.
