Searchers for Retail Businesses Based in the Washington-DC Area

I have a relationship with a business broker who caters to the Asian Community here in the DC market. A lot of the opportunities he works on are retail businesses such as liquor stores, restaurants, and laundromats. Most businesses are in the $500k or less EBITDA range. They are mostly mom and pop businesses that have been in the local community for years. 

I’d like to know if there are searchers interested in these type of businesses. 

I’d love to make some connections to people interested in these types of businesses.
