Search Fund Intern

Looking for searchfund intern to help source deals, manage lead pipeline and assist with due diligence on deals under LOI. An analyst intern can expect to: - Conduct proprietary direct outreach campaigns to current small business owners - Develop strategies to create additional deal flow - Assist on any deal sourced by the intern - Create deal memos from deal proposals to share with financing partners - Set up organizational systems to scale our work - Support research on specific industry theses and topics, such as healthcare, software, pets, etc. - Significant mentorship from partner and weekly meetings - Great experience to prepare for launching a career in investment banking, private equity or self-funded search more broadly
