Sample PPM for traditional search

Hi all,

Im beginning the process of raising my first traditional search fund and am looking for sample PPMs that I can use as a reference as I build my own. Does anyone on here have any advice / guiding notes for me?

Also I welcome any other resources you may recommend I should use as reference.

I recommend any and all of AJ Wasserstein's notes on search funds. You won't find a "PPM how to" in there exactly, but several of his cases and notes touch on PPMs and provide examples in the exhibits. https://som.yale.edu/faculty-research/faculty-directory/j-wasserstein
