Sample CIM or CIM Template - for Investors

Hi all,

In conversations with investors, I've gotten asks for a CIM on the deal (a CIM from me as the searcher, not the CIM from the broker). It seems that these are fairly common the further you go upmarket, but I haven't seen much in this space regarding putting one of these together.

Anyone have a resource they are willing to share on an investor CIM for SMB acquisitions?

Thanks for posting this. I am actively searching for any kind of CIM Template out there. I know I can just review other CIMs as a reference, but did not know if anyone has created a slide deck/CIM template.
