Resources Prospective Search Funder

I'm just getting in the beginning stages of learning about search funds as an investment vehicle. I've come across a number of great resources online; however, I'd like to ask you pros what resources you've found most meaningful as you've sought your own education.

Grit, determination and and endless source of personal energy. Finding a company to acquire is hard work, and there is no way around it. It's the literal needle in a haystack problem.

That said, the following are must reads:
- This site
- Ruback's and Yudkoff's book The HBR Guide to Buying a Small Business
- The Stanford primer (available for download from Stanford's site and there are links to it on this site)
- Jim Sharpe's website http://jimsteinsharpe.com/
- Buy Then Build by Walker Diebel

It's less about the CRM system you pick (probably the most frequent post on this site) or what you name your search fund, and more about how well you focus and how hard you work on your search every day.
