Resource One Pager for Buyers and Sellers?

I bought a company via self funded search last year, and the local economic development group that introduced buyer and seller is asking us to be on a panel to discuss our experience.  They also want us to help develop a one page resource guide/faq for people looking to buy or sell small businesses.  Does anyone have any document that may help as a starting point?  Thanks in advance.
