As I shared, I am building out my advisory firm and recently interviewed a local community bank that has expanded its geography to include nationwide SBA lending.

I must have local banks within my network of SBA lenders due to their approach and ability to be more competitive on pricing and ability to do conventional and SBA deals for larger loan requests.
