Raising Capital for Hot Funeral Home Deal! (4-1 Arbitrage!)

My name is Kleigh Jones and I'm the Founding Director of Reunion Funeral Homes, a new company aiming to become America's leading funeral service provider through acquisitions. We're working on closing our first deal, a $6.2mm acquisition of 4 funeral homes in the southeast.

We are getting this funded with 90% SBA financing (with a commercial loan identical to the SBA loan extending the LTV to $5.89mm) and $310k worth of seller financing, leaving $310k worth of equity needing to be injected.
