Question - multiples for Land Surveying

Does anyone have a source for valuation multiples for land surveying?  This is the regular land surveying - nothing from an airplane or underwater.  I can't seem to find anything on average multiples paid (either for SDE or EBITDA).

I have a subscription to BVR, but there isn't much good data for land surveying.

Hey ^Searchfunder member‌, interested to know what size of businesses you were looking at. BVR is showing some closings in the last 1-2 years for businesses with less than $1M EBITDA that have pretty good EBITDA margins (~20%) and went for less than 3x. I'm interested in land surveying and am looking at companies of that size. Thanks.

the licensing requirements for land surveyors and the shortage of PLS (licensed professional land surveyors) is a major hurdle. i'd look elsewhere. n ten years, technology will grind this to more of a low margin business than it already is.
