Quality of Earnings Provider Referrals

I'm looking for referrals to Quality of Earnings providers. It is for a self-funded searcher deal in California with approximately $2.5M in EBITDA. The lenders I'm talking to (mostly regional banks) require a QofE report from a reputable firm to get comfortable with the company's 2019 financials and related adjustments.

I'm looking to hire a reputable firm to do a QofE at an affordable cost (20-30k budget). Any recommendations / referrals would be greatly appreciated.
