Has anyone found any high quality brokers/bankers in the Atlanta area or that have a lot of Atlanta flow? It seems like the brokers here are particularly low quality and the bankers don't have a lot of deals in the searcher size range. I know there are as many or more target size businesses here that sell, I just can't find who is actually selling them.
