Has anyone found any high quality brokers/bankers in the Atlanta area or that have a lot of Atlanta flow? It seems like the brokers here are particularly low quality and the bankers don't have a lot of deals in the searcher size range. I know there are as many or more target size businesses here that sell, I just can't find who is actually selling them.

Hey Jimmy - I closed a deal early this year as a self-funded buyer. I went thru a broker, but found the business on bizbuysell. The broker for the deal was Michael Ramatowski. He was good and has decent deal flow. I also was close to LOI with another business thru Jeff Merry, who seems to have maybe slightly more deal flow. Both good guys to know b/c both have been doing transactions in Atlanta for more than a decade.
