QoE, lender, broker, and lawyer referrals for manufacturing acquisitions

Hi everyone,

I'm seeking referrals for QoE, lenders, brokers, and lawyers who have experience with manufacturing acquisitions/transactions. 

I do not yet have an acquisition at hand, but would like to assemble a team for when I eventually do and move quickly on a deal. 

Targeting a total transaction size of $1mm-5mm, and would really like to filter for both experience and high integrity (especially the latter). It would be a bonus if they're located in the mid-Atlantic region or East Coast.
