Wondering if anyone has incorporated a purpose or impact element to their investment strategy while either raising a fund or searching? Not necessarily limiting the search to a "sustainable" industry, but outlining a plan to run the acquired business with a clear focus on sustainable practices as well as financial returns. Would be great to hear from anyone with a view on this

We just launched our impact search group about 6 months ago. I am most curious to learn of any searchers who have incorporated ESG elements into their formal search structure//investment criteria.
