Purpose-led / ESG - Has anyone incorporated this in their search?

Wondering if anyone has incorporated a purpose or impact element to their investment strategy while either raising a fund or searching? Not necessarily limiting the search to a "sustainable" industry, but outlining a plan to run the acquired business with a clear focus on sustainable practices as well as financial returns. Would be great to hear from anyone with a view on this
