Proprietary Deal Sourcing

For the first time since 2017, I am offering deal sourcing for searchers. I am looking for searchers who know what they want or are willing to go through strategy sessions to figure out what they want to buy (niche is key).

I am looking for partners, not transactions. I want to help scale the NewCo's post-acquisition as well. Here is my offer:

*Proprietary deal flow with fee splits for passed-on deals.
*Strategy support throughout the process.
*Skin in the game, I will invest in the deal.
*3% enterprise value flat finders fee, minus retainer ($500/mo).
*Travel as requested but reimbursed.
