I am under LOI and set to close in the next few weeks and gain 100% ownership between self-funds and seller financing. The business is currently profitable and does not require any immediate capital improvements. Massive 5000 sqft interior with two bars and an outdoor patio. $1,000,000 + in sales each of the last seven years and netted $200,000 last year.

Industry experience is preferred but not required. I am seeking $30k-$60k to cover the first 1-2 months of operations costs in the form of debt or equity that I can buy back later.
