Anyone have experience acquiring a security guard services? haven’t seen much talk on this industry. according to ibis world report guard services are a medium barrier to entry due to licensing requirements.

I believe there’s a new future in security with better wages, training , technology, which in my opinion, will result in higher standard expectations from security personnel and force clients to have to pay more should they chose to go for high quality services. Let me know your thoughts if this is an industry worth pursuing!

Allied Universal had been very active in buying up smaller firms. Payroll is the number 1 expense.
