Private or Conventional Lender?

I am a searcher looking at a deal in an industry that is not SBA-eligible (it is a finance-based company) and most corporate lenders are out for the same reason.
The deal is a great valuation and I'm looking for very low 7 figures to get it done (willing to do market rate interest and an equity/performance kicker to get the deal done).
Anyone on here have interest or leads of who might help?
