Hi guys,
I'm under contract on an e-commerce business with strong cash flow and impressive growth over the last couple of years. Given the speed of close (Nov 1, 2023), I'm looking for private financing within my network. Does anyone have relationships that have experience doing these types of deals? If so, please send me a DM. 

I'd be happy to provide more info on the business, financials and loan terms.
