We're looking for private investors and debt providers to work with us on deals in the $1M - $5M range where your capital will make up under 20% of the capital stack and will take first position in the case of debt.

Happy to go into more details on the deals in our pipeline and offers we're working on


EDIT: I should clarify we have a deal under contract along with several LOIs already, we are aiming at working with someone or a lender on as the first transaction and following ones if it makes sense.
