I know it's pretty traditional in the searchfund world for investors to get equity in deals, but I have a small bolt on acquisition for my remote accounting practice under LOI for $225k that I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that would be willing to just do a debt deal without having to get a bank involved.

From my experience you are likely going to need to find a private investor to lend you the money. Most of the non-bank / private lenders are looking at minimum loan sizes of $1 million to $2 million and up. It is going to be too small for most of them. Sorry.
