Preparation Checklist BEFORE launching your fund?

Is there a checklist/process that potential searchers have used to prepare for the launch of their search to capitalise the (to be) fund?

Specifically - before you approach outside parties with

Essentially the structural prep before the launch so that you have a shortened ramp-up period?

Things like (but not limited to):
- incorporating LLC/PTY LTD
- trust accounts/bank accounts
- marketing materials (logo/web)
- legal
- tools

I'd love to find one of these myself. My biggest piece of advice is to just get out there and start talking to sellers. Many people get trapped before the starting line thinking about how to set everything up. It's going to take you months if not years to figure out what you're looking for and what price you should pay for it.
