Pre-Launch Checklist

Hello Search Funder Community,

I'm curious if anybody has documented a "pre-launch checklist" that they'd be willing to share. I know it's common for traditional searchers to have a gap between finalizing their cap table and launching a search. I hope to do the same and plan to use that time to position myself to hit the ground running on day 1. Example checklist items could include anything from building a website, to securing legal representation, to building out intern training materials.

If anybody has materials/suggestions that would be useful, I'd really appreciate the help!
