I recently got through a new acquisition and am seeking a working capital LOC for it. Have had some stumbles putting a LOC on it since we used debt for the acquisition. Key items: I have enough collateral to cover the LOC; I do not want to place a PG.

I imagine that folks in this community might be aware of good debt partners to put a relatively simple revolver in place. I'd love to get any guidance.

If you worked with a traditional search fund lender for the debt financing for the acquisition, I would recommend starting there. They should already understand the business and its capital requirements well, and presumably they didn't require a PG on the term loan for the acquisition, so they may be a good option.
