Does anybody have a connection with an owner of a pool cleaning and maintenance business? I would love to connect with them and chat if possible. I'm looking to learn more about their financials (% profit margins, Job Supplies as % of Revenue, employee compensation, etc...) and also a few tactical items such as staffing models, growth strategies, and common mistakes.
