Hey All: In this week's podcast episode, I interview Dr. Eliana Cohen, a Clinical Psychologist with decades of experience treating entrepreneurs and CEOs, among other high-performance patients. We discuss the challenges that entrepreneurship and leadership can take on an individual, as well as several specific tools to help manage those challenges.

Among other issues, we discuss differentiating burnout from simply being tired, how to separate your own happiness from the commercial success of your business, why imposter syndrome is so common among younger CEOs, and countless others.

I started my blog & podcast because I noticed that most books or resources about managing an entrepreneurial business are incomplete, because they don't explicitly discuss how the entrepreneur should be managing THEMSELVES (at least as important as, if not more important than, managing the underlying business). This episode takes another step in that direction.
