For PE Firms and Organizations that have a few holdings under their umbrellas.

There is so much going on at both a Macro and Micro level - I wanted to gauge where everyone is focused.

I think of things in seasons - Summer (Growth) - Winter (Tend), etc.

As you are assessing your current portfolio(s) - what are you considering? What are you looking to accomplish? Where are you focusing your energy?

What are the biggest needs you are facing right now and looking at over the next 12 months?
