Owner outreach email subject line?

What is the most effective (in opens) subject line for cold outreach emails to owners? I know some of you have to have already A/B tested this one...

I just ran across this thread -- have been thinking a lot of about this. I like "Do you need a succession plan?" But I don't want to come across as selling a financial planning service or product. What we're all trying to avoid is the business owner thinking "this is just another salesperson selling a product I don't need". How about just using the name of the company you're reaching out to? Thoughts?
