Half our full-time team is Filipinos now.

They are amazing talent at an amazing price.

We pay them all around $1,000/month.

They work hard, learn fast, and do what they say they'll do.

I'd love to help some other people hire abroad and onboard with confidence. Want some help?

Shoot me a message if interested.

Airbnb outsourced its entire customer service operation to the Philippines with disastrous results. They're very polite and regurgitate scripted answers but they understand little and resolve nothing. It makes me and many others avoid Airbnb. The revenue loss to Airbnb must be staggering.

One time, Boulder was flooded and people died. The governor made a disaster declaration and asked everyone to stay away. I called Airbnb to cancel my reservation but the Filipinos insisted there was no flood and that I should go! They said if I canceled, I would not get a refund. This is just one example. Every call to Airbnb has gone the same way. I've had the same type of experience with Filipino customer service at Citi and other companies as well. Those companies think they're saving a few bucks by outsourcing their most essential function but instead, they're costing their company a fortune and don't even realize it. Instead of getting paid millions, those executives should be fired for incompetence and mismanagement.

Filipinos might be suitable for tasks that are repetitive and could simply be automated but I would not use them for anything else. I have tried hiring a couple who had good reviews but was disappointed.

^redacted‌ I looked at your site and saw the different roles you suggest. Do you recommend hiring someone for an individual role or have you found people that are capable of handling multiple roles (e.g. EA and lead gen)? Is there an opportunity to hire on a part time basis or do you find that the good ones are looking for full-time?
