Searchers are getting together on Wednesday, November 29th from 6pm-8pm inside The 40/40 Club to put heads together and evaluate each other's deals. Please bring your pre/post LOI deals and an open mind because we're going to really dig into the thesis, numbers, and industry behind each investment. 

We're only going to have time to discuss 5 deals so please come early. Send me a note if you'd like to be on the list to discuss your deal. Feel free to attend or invite someone along, we're totally ok with hosting observers. 

The 40/40 Club has private lounges upstairs. When you get to the Club, speak to the hostess and they'll bring you to us. We'll be in the Jay-Z lounge.
