Hi am putting together a non traditional acquisition in which the owner rolls a substantial amount and takes a note. Given this structure I need to look at a non SBA financing source and was wondering if anyone knew of a lender who would write ~1-1.5M checks through a non SBA channel (note the total equity value will be something like 50%+ of the total transaction.)

Thank you

Hello Pere, I may have someone that is able to help. Can you explain the is a roll in when you agree to a sale at say 2m but they agree upon settlement to acquire back say 25% @ 500k or even 800k? this is done to make it easier to finance? or are you meaning that a larger company is acquiring the company and paying partly in equity?

Whats the spilt of the remaining equity?

Let's DM and we can discuss the details of our conventional program. Live Oak is also doing conventional lending, non-traditional. My email and phone: redacted ###-###-#### .
