I am looking at acquiring companies which will not qualify for SBA loans. Not yet under LOI but I want to start the process of finding debt partners. I am aware of Boopos but I find their rates to be so high they ruin the deal structure.
If you are aware of anyone providing this kind of lending whether they are funds, family offices, or HNW/UHNW individuals, I would appreciate an intro.
