Non-SBA Cash Flow Lenders?

I'm looking at a deal right now that I think would be best served with an earnout structure. I know the SBA 7a program doesn't allow for earnouts (but does allow for forgivable seller notes/clawbacks). Can anyone recommend or point me to resources for finding cash flow lenders that do non-SBA loans? This company's 2020 EBITDA was about $2.4M.

Mike, I can put you in touch with private investors that might be interested in your deal. If the economics make sense, they might be able to provide alternative financing (Unsecured with Converted pref,etc) .Happy to connect you
