New to Searchfunder - Providing diligence/deal execution and equity funding

Recently joined Searchfunder. Looking forward to connecting and assisting members with their diligence/deal execution needs and equity funding.

My background prior to Cayne Crossing is in transaction advisory with a top 50 accounting firm with a focus on financial due diligence / quality of earnings (prior to that I was with the Big 4). Our team at Cayne Crossing has done diligence on over 800 transactions in the lower middle market and middle market. Cayne Crossing was launched to shift our focus downstream to assist entrepreneurs and search funds in acquiring and/or selling small businesses. Our team (including ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌) can assist with diligence and deal execution on initial acquisitions as well as building and executing on roll-up strategies to drive business growth. We also provide minority investments (typically $100k - $500k, industry agnostic).
